Take required amount of oil in a small container. Warm the oil by placing the container in a bigger bowl of hot water. Apply the warm oil all over the scalp followed by gentle circular massage both in clockwise and anticlockwise direction for 7 to 8 minutes.
Keep the oil on hair overnight and take warm water shower in the morning.
Or it can also be applied in the morning, half an hour before shower.
